Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

To request a return, please contact us at info@bhind.ca before sending any item back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval may not be accepted.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before the item has been processed. Once processing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to the return policy above.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Custom and special-order products

Custom, personalized, or specially manufactured products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and, once the return has been approved, place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
